SeyDit Terms of Use

SeyDit is a voice AI assistant that enables users to interact with supported device functions and connected services using natural language.

SeyDit is distributed through the Apple App Store. Purchases, billing and refunds are subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms.

Certain AI functionality requires the user's own OpenAI API key. OpenAI API access and associated usage charges are not included in the purchase price of SeyDit.

SeyDit may rely on external services provided by Apple, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google and other supported providers. SeyDit cannot guarantee the continued availability of third-party services.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing important actions performed through SeyDit.

SeyDit is not intended to replace professional legal, medical, financial or other expert advice.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use SeyDit in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
